By phone or video conference only (no travel or parking).
No in-office or in-person consultations.
No pressure, no selling, just frank advice on your rights and obligations.
Any area of wills and estates law including advice to executors, beneficiaries and dependents, including issues related to probate, will validity and will challenges, executor in-action or misconduct, passing of accounts etc.

To make the consultation useful, we require as much documentation and correspondence as possible IN ADVANCE so that we can review and prepare.
